💬 What this forum is for
The SEAtS ONE Community Forum is a peer-to-peer space for customers and the SEAtS team to connect. It's where you can ask questions, share configurations that are working well, troubleshoot issues with others, and vote on the features you'd most like to see built.
This is not a replacement for the support ticketing system — if you have a production issue or need a guaranteed response time, please raise a support case. The forum is for knowledge sharing, community discussion, and longer-term ideas.
We're starting with a private beta of 25 customers. Your feedback during this phase will directly shape how the community grows.
✅ What makes a great post

Share what's working Configuration tips, workflows, report setups, use cases — if it's saved your team time, other institutions will want to know. The most valuable posts are specific and include your actual settings.

Ask clear questions Include your SEAtS module (Attend, CRM, Mobile, etc.), what you've already tried, and what outcome you're looking for. Good questions get faster, more useful answers.

Submit feature requests with context The best feature requests explain the problem, not just the solution. Tell us what you're currently having to do manually, and how often. This helps the product team understand real impact.

Search before posting Check whether your question has already been answered. Upvoting an existing post or adding a comment is more useful than a duplicate thread.

Link to the help centre where relevant If your post relates to a specific SEAtS feature, linking to the relevant help article helps others find official documentation alongside the community discussion.

Be respectful This is a professional community. Assume good intent from others, be constructive in criticism, and remember that responses come from real people giving their time.

Don't share student data or sensitive information Never post screenshots or data that could identify individual students. Anonymise examples and use test environments when sharing configurations.

Keep posts on-topic The forum is for SEAtS ONE topics. Sales, advertising, or off-topic posts will be removed.

No harassment or abuse Posts that are abusive, discriminatory, or personally attacking will be removed and the account reviewed. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
🛡️ Moderation
The SEAtS team moderates this forum. During the beta phase, all new posts are reviewed before being made visible to other members. As the community grows and trust is established, this will move to a lighter-touch model.
If you see a post that violates these guidelines, use the report function or email support@seatsone.ai with the link and a brief description. We aim to review reports within one business day.
The SEAtS team will participate in discussions — asking follow-up questions, confirming answers, and flagging when a feature request has moved into the product roadmap. We'll always identify ourselves clearly.
🔐 Beta programme details
During the private beta, access is limited to 25 invited customers. You're here because we value your input and want your experience to shape the community's direction before we open it more broadly.
What we're asking of beta members:

Post at least once — share a tip, ask a question, or vote on a feature request. Even a single post helps us understand what format works.

Give us feedback on the forum itself — if something is confusing or missing, tell us. Use the General Discussion category or email support@seatsone.ai.

Be patient with response times — this is a small community for now. Not every question will have a peer answer immediately; the SEAtS team will step in where needed.
We expect to open the forum to all customers in Q3 2026, once the beta has helped us get the structure right.
